Client Engineering Specifications, Procedures, Processes, and Practices
As part of its normal business, ConcepSys Solutions LLC from time to time receives access to a client company's engineering specifications, practices, procedures and other confidential documents. The use of such documents is bound by the specific secrecy agreements, if any, entered into between ConceepSys Solutions LLC and the client company. As a minimum, ConcepSys Solutions LLC will not share any proprietary information between clients or implement any proprietary know-how into ConcepSys without prior consent of the information owner.
ConcepSys Project Data
Project data for ConcepSys Web is transfered using SSL encryption to deter interception while using the public internet infrastructure (this applies to data for paid users only - data for trial users is not encrypted). The project data is stored on password protected servers. ConcepSys Solutions LLC does not make any explicit or implied warranty about protection of project data for ConcepSys Web users. Clients worried about protecting sensitive project design data should use ConcepSys Enterprise. ConcepSys Enterprise allows for storage of project design data within internal firewalls for higher data protection than that offered by ConcepSys Web.
